How do you choose your planner? Of course, look for an experienced planner with lots of great reviews on Wedding Wire. In addition to reviews look at the planners portfolio. Does the portfolio show all the elements that go into a wedding, how many different weddings are posted and is there a variety of styles or does every wedding look the same? This is a great way to tell if the photos are of actual weddings the planner has done or if they are photos that have been purchased. An inexperienced planner may have a handful of photos that he or she has purchased. They will usually show one or two elements, a bouquet, centerpiece, tabletop or back of a dress. But look closely.  Are there any real pictures of smiling brides that you can actually contact for a reference? All important points to consider when choosing your planner.
