AART Event Planning

My father is terminally ill and asked to renew his wedding vows with my mom. We felt limited on time so we asked AART to help us put this event together in a 2-3 week time. I gave Rachael our color theme and within a day had invitation proofs to review, once approved I had the invitations completed the next day! From there I allowed Rachael creative freedom and the end result was amazing. Rachael transformed my family room into a beautiful wedding venue complete with beautiful linens, flowers, place cards, favors and decor. Our "bride and groom" were brought to tears when they entered the room for the "family dinner" they thouht they were coming to. There were perfect complimentary shades of green to accent the black, white and silver china that was provided. Our guests were so impressed by our family room that they have all visited a number of times before and said if they didn't know any better they wouldn't even know that they were at our home. The transformation was amazing and we would recommend the creative minds of AART for any party you are planning and plan to use their services again for any event we have. I can not say enough good things about these two ladies! My husband and I hired AART Event Planning to handle our Day Of Wedding Coordination about a month prior to the big day. Being that I produce events for a living, I originally didn't think I would need this type of service. As the day got closer, I realized how important it would be to have another person looking out to ensure that everything went according to plan. I really just wanted to enjoy the day and not be a bundle of nerves worrying about all of the details. Within 15 minutes of meeting these ladies, I knew I was in good hands. Aelicia and Rachael were absolute professionals! My mind was completely at ease on the day of my wedding. I knew this team would have everything under control. My wedding day was a complete success! I had several people comment to me on how great Aelicia & Rachael were! They went over and above what was expected. Also, I must say they provide a lot of bang for your buck! It was a great value of service. I would recommend hiring this duo to any of my friends or family that get married in the future. Aelicia and Rachel where amazing!! They made my life so much easier. When I was going crazy getting things together for the wedding they were there make sure everything was set for the day of the wedding. They contacted all my vendors to make sure everything was setup for the day of the wedding, which was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. My wedding day would have been a lot more stressfull if there weren't there to make sure everything was perfect. They make the most important day of our lives a perfect, stress free day. If you want your wedding day or any special event to go off without any problems AART is the place to go to.

AART did an amazing job with the candy display at my wedding! The choice of candy was perfect and the colors matched my brides maids dresses to a T! I also had my thank you's done through AART and it they look beautiful! They matched my invitations and the pictures that were included were placed in just the right place! Great Job! AART Event Planning helped plain and decorate the reception hall for my bridal party. I was pleased and amazed by the amount of work that was put into making that day even more special. From the center pieces to the game packets, I couldn't have been happier. Everything was amazing! I can't thank the girls enough!
