Let me preface this review by saying that we actually had to fire All Events Perfect in the middle of wedding planning because they were that bad. It was clear that they did not have our best interests at heart and through a large part of the process, we often felt like we were assisting them rather them assisting us. There were SO many things wrong with each part of the planning process that we went through. There was not ONE vendor we hired where it was a smooth process with AEP. From the beginning, when Sarah Jane emailed us the contract THREE times because it was missing pages (the contract itself was 3 pages) to the end when all we wanted was Sarah Jane to respond to our emails in a timely fashion, each step was a disaster. Each time we were hopeful that the next time would be better or that AEP's inattention to detail was a fluke. We were wrong. Venues: We told AEP our budget and the number of guests we expected (100 - many from out of town), they sent us a list of venues that they recommended. We had concerns about if it would fit our budget and was assured by both Sarah Jane and Kim that Sarah Jane would not send us places that did not fit our budget. The first 3 places we saw wanted guarantees much higher than we anticipated along with a price per person that exceeded our entire wedding budget. Sarah Jane had sent us one place as an option that (surprise!) did not fit into our budget or guarantees but when I asked her about another venue she told me that based on her “passed” (her spelling error, not mine) experience, it was out of budget (the venue I asked about was almost 50% less per person with a much lower guarantee than the first place she recommended). We went with a venue recommended by women on a wedding forum. When we booked our venue, Sarah Jane told me she had just done a wedding there last month! So nice of her to forget to recommend a place that actually fit into our budget and guarantees.Kim was the person originally assigned to our wedding. We found out she was no longer working on our wedding not by a nice email or phone call from either Kim or Sarah Jane. We found out by emailing and calling Kim. The email gave us an out of office. The phone call went straight to voicemail. It wasn’t until we emailed Sarah Jane that we got an answer. It was unbelievably unprofessional.Florist: Sarah Jane sent me to a florist who’s language through our entire meeting was “the prices for X *start* at $Y”. When I wanted to meet other florists who would be more in budget, Sarah Jane sent me to a place in New York City (where prices are already generally higher) and told the florist that our floral budget was about $1000 more than Sarah Jane herself had estimated for us on our budget sheet. We went with a florist that fit in our budget whom I found through a wedding forum.Lighting: I emailed Sarah Jane to ask about lighting for the reception. Her response? Daytime weddings do not require lighting. WOW! Shouldn’t wedding planners have details like what time our reception starts (5 PM). Sarah Jane told me that she misspoke once and it was because she emailed me from her blackberry and didn’t have my file in front of her. The email she sent me most definitely did not come from her blackberry.The last straw was that, based on our contract with AEP, they were supposed to maintain our budget sheet. There was never ONE time where Sarah Jane sent me the budget sheet without my asking for it. When I pointed this out to her towards the end of our business relationship, she LIED and cobbled together an email and said basically said she sent an updated budget sheet in July. It was quite disgusting. If you’re going to fake an email header, you might want to check that it’s consistent with the format of actual forwarded emails. Hers was not along with other errors. We felt scammed by AEP. If you want someone who is unorganized and frequently lies (albeit poorly) to try to cover herself (she calls it misspeaking), then All Events Perfect is the perfect wedding planning company for you. Sarah Jane told me she would sign a release as long as I understood I was not to write a review about her “tarnishing” her company. If Sarah Jane actually did her job well, or in many instances, did her job period, I would have nothing negative to say about her and her work would speak for itself. Well this was her work and this is why we fired her.

CLASS ACT! That is all I can say about Sarah-Jane and her team. It is clear from the beginning that Sarah-Jane is passionate about what she does and works tirelessly to make sure we were happy. She went far beyond what we paid for. She is extremely giving, caring and attentive. In the planning process she gave birth and had to go to a funeral and she was still there for us without even a blink. We had to tell her to take a minute and breathe. Our wedding day was perfect. Our family and friends can't stop gushing about every detail. Nothing was left to chance. Her team doted on us all day and we were clueless if there were any problems. We just celebrated with everyone. It seems odd that our relationship is ending. You work with someone with such an extended period of time and they become like family. I can't say it enough. I would challenge anyone to doubt her skill, talent and dedication. I am hiring AEP for my sister, I stand behind Sarah-Jane and her team just that much and then some.Thank you a million times over.

Sarah-jane and her team were simply fantastic! We just remember being in the moment while everything else ran effortlessly. We were thrilled and our friends and family were impressed. SJ and her team never gave is a chance to want for anything, they didn't give us a chance to miss anything. You can't go wrong with AEP!

My husband and I was truly Blessed to have Sarah-Jane as our wedding planner, from the time we met her we just knew we made the right choice, She is very professional but most of all she exude such confidence and that was so reassuring. We spoke shared our thought and ideas and she listen, what was so amazing we felt involved and that was very important to us. On our wedding My husband and I was truly truly in awe, It was so beautifully done and well organize if they was a problem we did not even have a clue my guest was blown away I am still receiving calls on how beautiful and organized Our wedding was. Sarah-Jane is just The" Best " you share your dream and she creates your vision. I would definitely recommend her over and over again.. Highly Recommed, i did not get the full package but the day of cordination, so glad i did. Wow my wedding was a dream come true and i didnt stress at all that day. I love SARAH JANE AND KELLY!! they are by far the best! They made my wedding a success.

Kimberely from All Events Perfect was just that "perfect"! Kimberely, was professional, well organized, and effective. Without her the day wouldn't off went as smoothly...she was the best! My husband and I highly recommend her to plan any party event. It was very comporting to know we had someone we could trust who's main goal was to make our special day stress free and fablous!!!!!

All Events Perfect is really exactly what they tell you! From the moment we began working together everything was well under control and I was able to relax and not worry about the small stuff. Even my father said that it was some of the best money spent on the wedding!Sarah-Jane and her team were on top of everything, helped when needed and kept others informed about things so that it made the day easy and beautiful. This is a vendor I encourage all brides to speak with!!!

My only regret is not hiring Sarah-Jane sooner. She has connections to other great and reasonably priced vendors who can meet your specific needs. She made these amazing artificial flower balls to hang from the ceiling. She put me in touch with a fantastic DJ as well as hairstylist and make-up artist. My husband is in the military and stationed thousands of miles away - it was incredibly stressful to plan a wedding without him physically there with me. He wanted me to hire a planner earlier in the process and it was only when I was about to have a nervous breakdown that I started to look for someone to help. Sarah-Jane and her assistant made me feel like a guest at my own wedding. When she opened the doors to the reception - it was like a wedding show where you see this fantastic room perfectly decorated beyond your wildest dreams. She always returns phone-calls, texts, emails... and even her husband helped. She had to rent a crazy ladder and hang the flower balls from the ceiling... what other person is going to do that? To all the brides stressing out there - hire her before she gets booked.

We had a excellent and stress free wedding because of the wedding day coordination by All Events Perfect. I think they were at my ceremony/reception site before it even opened. Sarah-Jane and her assistants made sure every detail, no matter the size, was addressed. Any questions we had was quickly answered no matter the time of day. If you want to ensure you and your guest have a wonderful and memorable time at your wedding, then choosing All Events Perfect is not just a recommendation but in our opinion a requirement. Your wedding day can be very stressful with all that is going on. However, having All Events Perfect as our Day Of Wedding Coordinator ensured that the bride and groom had nothing to worry about, except smiling and posing for our pictures.You CAN'T go wrong with All Events Perfect. We highly recommend their services.

Sarah-Jane provided us with day-of wedding coordination. We had a very large bridal party so I was worried about the organization with them all. She was quick to respond to e-mails about any questions I had regarding any wedding planning. Even though we hired her for the day-of she was more than willing to help out in any other areas. The day of the wedding she and her associate Kimberley handled all the little details that my husband and I wanted. There was also some issues that came up that they handled which I didn't find out about until a couple days after the wedding! Sarah-Jane and her staff took great care of us on our wedding day!

It was honestly a great pleasure working with Sarah-Jane! We hired All Events Perfect at about 7 months from the big day. I had already chosen my venue and wedding dress but that was it and I was worried time was ticking away. Not only had I not put much thought into the planning of the wedding…but I also didn’t have much interest in being involved in all of the small details. When we met with Sarah-Jane she immediately put me at ease and demonstrated great professionalism and vision for the planning of a wonderful event. Within a few weeks of hiring All Events Perfect we were back on track and Sarah-Jane did a great job of making sure we didn’t fall behind again. All of the vendors that we hired through Sarah-Jane’s suggestions were also wonderful. She never tried to push any particular vendor on us but simply gave us information on great companies she had worked with in the past that could meet our needs. She also did a great job of suggesting different elements to us that would make our event unique and that would incorporate our different backgrounds. Further to this, Sarah-Jane was always available to promptly answer all of our questions via email and/or telephone and made sure to send us reminders and timelines to keep us on track with everything.I felt most grateful with my decision to hire Sarah-Jane on the actual day of our wedding! Sarah-Jane and her staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We were able to enjoy our special day without having to worry or stress about anything. The best part was when we finally got to see that gorgeous ballroom!! I came to Sarah-Jane with a very general vision and she did so much more than just help bring it to life. Everything turned out more perfect and more beautiful than we could have ever expected! I highly recommend Sarah-Jane and her wonderful staff to any bride looking for the services of an event planner.

Sarah-Jane is great! I couldn't have been happier with the service she provided and how the success of our event was a product of her hard work and professionalism. She knows the ins and outs of the biz and you feel at ease working with her because she helps you solve any problems you may have and just knows what to do in any situation. During the planning of our wedding, in being a very "detail oriented" bride, I was very particular on the small details of the wedding and just making it different than your ordinary wedding. In doing so though, I know I needed help for the day of in order for all of the details to be executed, setup and just work! I finally persuaded my fiance that we needed a wedding consultant for the day of and honestly it's the best place to spend your $. Even though Sarah-Jane was only working the day of event, she was there in the weeks before to help me with any details I needed to work out or with any area that was stressing me out. The All Events Perfect team for the day of the wedding were professional and executed every single detail perfectly. Just as I had envisioned in my head and from what we had discussed. There are so many details that go on behind the scenes that you don't know about from being at a wedding and her team pulled everything off seamlessly. I would recommend Sarah-Jane to anyone getting married. She was the best! I don't think the wedding would've been a true success without her! And believe me...it was amazing!!!!

I had the good fortune of choosing Sarah-Jane Bennett from All Events Perfect to help plan and execute our wedding. I researched many wedding and event planners and Sarah-Jane won me over with her quick responsiveness and professionalism. Words cannot express how happy I was with her service. She helped me plan everything from the concept and design to the rundown of the day. She was always there to help me, give advice and never steered my wrong. I have a very high pressure job so I really needed someone who could help expedite the process and keep things on track and Sarah-Jane never failed me. One of the greatest assets of her service, outside of her fantastic eye for design, were her recommendations. The vendors in her database were impeccable. She did not push any one vendor, she gives you a selection of those she has used and researched and meet her level of professionalism. You can choose to use them or not, the choice is yours. Still, from the invitations, to photography, to linens, to the floral designer, I could not have been happier with each vendor I chose from her roster. People are still raving over our invitations, our pictures and flowers. You spend so much time and expense on a wedding and to get that kind of feedback and to be so happy with the services provided is so important. I have heard so many horror stories over the years of people paying huge sums of money to vendors and being so unhappy with their service. That was not the case with Sarah-Jane's well researched and superb contacts. I may be biased, but I honestly thought our wedding was one of the most beautiful I had ever seen. I have been told as much my almost every guest at our wedding. The thanks goes to Sarah-Jane for her design ideas, execution and unmatched army of vendors. It must be mentioned that Sarah-Jane was more than 8 months pregnant the day of our wedding. I will say, I was nervous in the months leading up to the wedding, but she was there, every step of the way, giving birth just 5 days after our wedding. If that is not dedication to her clients, I don't know what is. It speaks volume to her work ethic.Having said all that, you might think Sarah-Jane is out of your price range. Think again, Sarah-Jane's price for her services, in my opinion, is very fair and affordable and she is worth every penny. In the end, how do you put a price on a thoroughly enjoyable wedding process and the perfect wedding day?

I really liked Sarah-Jane and the All Events Perfect Staff. My event did come out perfectly. However, I would have thought that her staff would have been more proactive about calling me and asking what I needed help with. We had a "partial Package" and what I felt we really received was more of just "Day of..." services. Sarah-Jane was very responsive when I contacted her, and I very much appreciated that. She always called or emailed me back right away and answered questions thoroughly. However, I just had wanted people to contact me to ask me what I needed help with as opposed to me having to ask. It would have made me feel less like I had to be the planner and put things into place for the day, so that All Events Perfect could take over for the day. Plus, as a bride who has never planned a wedding, it made me feel like I had to think of everything and know what to do, whereas, it would have been nice to be a little more guided. The day of the wedding went perfectly, it all came out as I had imagined. All Events Perfect did all that they were suppose to do and it turned out well. I would refer All Events Perfect to a friend if wanted to do most of the planning and just wanted to make sure the day went smoothly. However, if a bride wants to be guided along, I would just make sure to ask (I didn't for help too much, I just did the planning and was a bit overwhelmed).
