AR-DEN LIMOUSINE

Arden Limo was very professional, very pleasant to work with. It was very easy to make our limo arrangements. The driver was very nice. The car was clean and very comfortable.

The limos were clean and in good condition. The lady Toni was very nice when I called the Friday before the wedding asking to change the plan for a 3rd time. My mom had a bit of a freakout and insisted the limo picked her up at home instead of the hotel with everyone else. I wasnt gonna argue with her. The drivers were very friendly and worked well with my disabled brother, which was a big thing for me. You treat my brother well than I like you. :)

Toni was the limo driver and was on time to pick up the groom and the groomsmen from the hotel. Toni did not come prepared with directions or a navigation unit and drove 20 minutes in the wrong direction. We got to the church 40 minutes LATE. We were only 12 minutes away from the church. Toni told the groom that he was supposed to have a navigation unit for her to use. The entire wedding party and guests at the wedding missed all of the cocktail hour. After all was done I, the groom called Arden and spoke with him and Toni personally. They refused to discuss any resolution on this matter. Arden refused to accept responsibility and shouted at me. He told me that I should have brought a navigation unit to use. If you want a professional and accountable company to drive you to your wedding or event I do not recommend using Arden.
