First of all, the cake is delicious! And they make it look fantastic. When you meet with them, they let you sample all different kinds of cakes and fillings (yum). Then you get to look at images of cakes they have made in the past and then they work with you to come up with your own custom design. Caity and everyone else there made our cake absolutely perfect! I can't wait to cut in to our top layer on our first anniversary.

We were provided with this vendor by booking our venue and we couldn't have been more thrilled. The cake was so beautiful and more importantly tasted great! The owner was very helpful when choosing flavors and designs and the process was so simple.

Our cake was included with our package from Falco's Catering. We nearly chose to get our own cake until I'd heard all the great word of mouth. We arranged for a tasting and had a tough time making up our minds! Everything we tasted was amazing and there were so many choices. In the end, my cake looked awesome thanks to Caitelyn and her decorating talent! We also placed an order for our rock n roll themed wedding..a Ramones logo groom's cake which was chocolate cake with a raspberry cream filling! Amazing. 3 weeks later, people are still mentioning how good the cake was! Thanks!!

Lisa and her staff provided the cake for our wedding as well as a groom's cake for our rehearsal dinner. Both exceeded our expectations. For the groom's cake, Lisa listened to my ideas and was able to create a cake that worked with my vision and my budget. I got a ton of compliments, and my groom thought it was great. Plus, it was delicious! We didn't have our choice of vendors for the wedding cake, as the basic cake was included in our venue package. We couldn't have asked for better service (or better tasting cake!). When we met with Lisa over the summer, I had high hopes of getting a pumpkin flavored cake. She listened to my ideas and then offered some suggestions. The compropmise we came up with was perfect. Because we chose a fall flavor, I had to come back for a second tasting in the fall, and Lisa treated us (and my inlaws) as if it were our first visit. You will not be unhappy with the taste and flavors they have to offer.For the design of the cake - it was amazing. We brought in a ton of pictures, looked through all of Lisa's books, and then created a design that met all of our criteria. The cake was beautiful! It was exactly what we hoped for and fit our color scheme perfectly.I foresee many trips to the Chocolate Carousel in our future!

I might be bias but it was the best wedding cake I have ever had. At least 20 people come up to us to brag about how great the cake was. It was delicious and looked amazing. They did everything we asked for and it turned out amazing. This has been our "go to" bakery for years, since we were teenagers! Great flavors, friendly staff, and great presentation! Highly recommend!

Chocolate Carousel made my fiance and I a beautiful (and funny!) Star Wars themed grooms cake. They were so easy to deal with! Having never actually seen Star Wars myself, I was not exactly sure how the cake should be decorated. However, Chocolate Carousel took care of all of that for me. My fiance and all of his friends LOVED the cake, and are still raving about it almost a month later. Reasonably priced; great quality and service.

Our Cake was included in our package at the Mill...However of consultation was very easy. They helped us with everything and the cake was AMAZING~~ GREAT JOB!!

Our wedding cake was not only beautiful it was so delicous. The cake was partially gluten-free due to my Celiacs. The wait to talk to the owner was a bit longer than anyone should endure but know I understand why she is so busy. Great cake.

We had two cakes from Chocolate Carousel: the main wedding cake and a groom's cake.Wedding cake: 3 tier chocolate cake, buttercream icing, white chocolate mousse fillingGroom's cake: Shaped like a stuffed hippo (sculpted from a picture of the hippo) Red-velvet cake, buttercream icing, cookies and cream fillingBoth were amazing and creative and a real hit with the guests. The guests devoured both cakes and really raved about them. I would definitely have them do an event cake with them again.

Our cake was included as part of our package at The Radisson of Freehold but I have to say that I'm glad this was their vendor of choice because our cake was not only beautiful but tasted great too. The tasting/consultation was good and we were pleasantly surprised at how much we could customize the cake given that it was a package deal through the venue. We highly recommend the cannoli filling.
