We worked with a bunch of different women on my dress and the bridesmaid and flowergirl and all of them were great and helpful. Cathy spent hours with me to find the perfect dress and everything came in when they said it would with no issues. The price was great and they worked with us to give us discounts since we purchased all of the bridal party dresses as well as mine there so that helped out all of my ladies. Maria was great to work with as well and gave me all the finishing touches that I needed to look my best. I enjoyed all my trips to the store.

My overall rating is 5 stars but i have to admit that this is how i feel after the whole experience was over. When I first went to Chrissy's I had an appointment but this was my 5th boutique looking for a bridal gown and I had very limited time before my wedding. I was frustrated with dress shopping and when I came to Chrissy's I was immediately dissapointed with the look of the store (ceiling repairs, tacky decor) and I thought that my initial service was awful (the employee was going to have me try to get into the dresses by myself and really didn't seem like she knew what she was doing) but I do have to admit again that I was already frustrated with shopping before I got there. I happened to find my dress there on my first visit and it was all up hill from there!! Every appointment after that I did not have the same employee helping me which I believe made it a much better experience. The seamstress is this cute little old lady who is a little hard to understand but she is good at what she does and I didn't need too much done on the dress so i trusted her opinion on what needed to be done. I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped me at every fitting because she was amazing and a great help but I never got her name. I had already chosen davids bridal for my bridemaids so that wasn't an option for me but they did have some cute dresses and I beleive you get a discount on the dresses if you are getting your gown there as well. Overall a great experience so don't judge a book by its cover!!

I have bought many dresses from Chrissy O from high school to my wedding. I found my dress at another store, but called Chrissy O to see if they carried it because they were closer. They had just ordered the sample. They took my name and called me when the sample arrived so I could show my family. We ordered it that day and found out we could have a custom hem. Since I am tall I needed one extra inch so that was perfect! For my bustle, the seamstress did a great job. It was a very complicated to make, but was beautiful and so easy for my bridesmaids to do. It never broke either like most do! When you order your wedding dress, you get 30% off the bridesmaids. Your ladies will LOVE you for that. Their prices are very reasonable. For my review they lost a point for flexibility for their store hours. They are only open about half the week. Otherwise, I HIGHLY recommend them!

AWESOME! I found my dream wedding gown and beautiful bridesmaids dresses at Chrissy O's. Definitely recommend making an appointment because they can get busy. I had such amazing, wonderful and attentive service from Jess and Kathy! Highly recommend!

I ordered my Maggie Sottero Monalisa Royale from them and was very pleased. ALways answered any of my questions. My dress fit perfect. We ordered petite length so I didnt even need a hem! Just a bustle which saved me quite a bit! I felt like a princess in my gown from the day I tried it on and knew it was the one for me. Price was in my budget, I received a free veil, and a Maggie Sottero Tote bag when I ordered.

This place is the worst place i have ever been unlucky enough to be involved in. The reason that i went here was b/c i found a wedding dress i really like and this was the only place that carried the designer in my area. So the first time we went the staff was great very attentive so much that we decided to order the bridesmaid dress and they gave us a 30% discount b/c i got my wedding dress there! Well now we know you get what you pay for. We placed the order on Feb. 13th at the beginning of April they called and said that they didn't have the same material that we ordered. What was i going to do it's April and my wedding is in June ... It is now 2 weeks before my wedding and they today just told me that the dresses are STILL IN CHINA!!! WTF!!! i have been call for 3 weeks to find out where the dresses were and i was LIED to each time i called!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE STORE!!!

Chrissy O's is where we ordered the bridesmaid dresses. They have the best prices and were really easy to work with over the phone. All my girls called up, gave their measurements and credit cards over the phone and a few months later the dresses were shipped to my house. Everything was perfect, the price you couldnt beat, and the transaction was simple! Thanks Chrissy O's!

This shop was great to work with! There was a mix-up in ordering through the manufacturer and my gown arrived in the incorrect color. However, Cathy was wonderful in getting it resolved and getting the correct dress (and she was calm through all my panic!). They made trying on dresses fun and every fitting was a breeze. No rushing to get you out of the store, even on a busy Saturday. The staff are friendly, happy women who were very accommodating. The cost of my gown was an exceptional value, however, the minor alterations that I needed were a bit pricy.

I live in Florida and a manager at work told me about Chrissy O Designs since she had gotten her Alfred Angelo Dress from them. The shop is actually in New Jersey, I believe, so I was hesitant to order the dress. I am so glad I did!! I got the dress at about half of the price I was quoted in the actual Alfred Angelo shop here in town and it was the EXACT same dress. It arrived when promised and in more than enough time to have the dress altered. I got SO many compliments on the dress, and it really was amazing. The beading, the color; everything about it I loved from the moment I saw it. The sales woman, Jenny, was so great every time I spoke with her on the phone for through email. I am so happy that I was able to order it from Chrissy O Designs! Thanks so much!

My bridesmaids ordered their dresses from here because they had the best prices. They told my bridesmaids that if any alterations were needed they could be done by their seamstress but when the dresses came in, they told my bridesmaids they couldn't do the alterations because their seamstress was too busy. But they do have very good prices.

There was not one nice thing I can say about that store or the people working there. Upon arrival my mother and I were not only not greeted but we stood behind the counter and were ignored by the two women who were stand behind it. I told the women that we had an appointment and she pointed to the dress moved the curtain from the dirty dressing room she put me in and then went back to ignoring me and my mother. At one point in time I asked the woman for assistance to which she replied curtly "Uh yeah...in a minute" Apparently her paperwork was more important and my need of assistance was obviously annoying her, so I went right back into my dirty dressing room changed and walked out. There was absolutely NO WAY I would give that store one cent. Now I realize it was saturday and they get busy thats why I made an appointment weeks before, so that I would get help I needed. I was sorely mistaken. Not to mention the store itself is dark, dingy and horribly messy. Do not waste your time, Do not shop at this store!

My experience with Chrissy O' started when I called and they had several dresses I was interested in, so I booked an apointment. My first trip was great, sale people were helpful and not pushy, and I found my dress! Several months later I booked another appointment to check out veils and accessories and to also see my dress again.... this trip was not as good. The sales woman was outright rude to my friend and I when we walked in, after she found out we had an appointment, her whole attitide changed and she was sweet as could be, hmmm. The real problem started when my dress came in. It came it later than promised, but I didn't mind since I still had enough time before my wedding. The seamstress, Maria, was a nightmare. She kept trying to do things to my dress I didn't want her to. Finally, she understood what I wanted. Also, the dress had a stain on it and I was promised that it would be taken care of when I came to pick up my dress. Well a few weeks later I went to pick up my dress and the stain was still there. Also, Maria did not finish the alterations, although I booked the appointment with her several weeks in advance. She seemed shocked that I was planning on taking my dress home that day, although I made it perfectly clear. The dress shop was an hour and a half drive from my house and I didn't want to wait and take another trip so I took the dress with me anyway. I had it cleaned and altered close to home which worked out much better for me. Overall, they have a nice selection of dresses and if you catch the sales people in a good mood they are very helpful. Stay away from pushy Maria, and get your alterations done somewhere else!

We used Chrissy O's for my dress, the bridesmaid dresses and both Mother's dresses.For my dress, everything went smoothly. They had, by far, the cheapest price on the dress among area stores and my alterations were done beautifully. I loved my dress.The girls dresses and mothers dresses were also reasonably priced and came in with enough time to spare. Two of the girls had their alterations done at Chrissy O's and they were both done great.There are two reasons I didn't give straight 5's:1. When I wasn't with the Moms or girls, the quality of service they recieved dropped considerably. They all felt like they were ignored if the bride wasn't there.2. When we did the first fitting for bridesmaids dresses, one of the girls requested a fitting closer to the date because she was working on losing weight. Everyone assured us that this would be fine. Closer to the date, they called me expressing concern that it wasn't fitted yet and that they could no longer do it because the seamstress would be on vacation. They then reversed that the next day, saying they'd do it - but we ended up taking the dress elsewhere anyway.

Good selection of bridal gowns (and very affordable!), bridesmaid dresses, and mother of the bride/groom dresses. Save a lot of money on bridesmaids/mothers gowns if you purchase your gown there. Only complaint was that I purchased a discontinued dress off the rack at half price and had to take it elsewhere to be altered and they made me pay for a gown bag! ($20). Girls' dresses were nice (Bill Levkoff) but the optional straps they wore that hooked on all snapped and had to be hand sewn on the way to the limo! Woman that helped me try on dresses was very sweet but the owner was a little nasty.

I was not very impressed with their service some of the times I had gone there. At times, I was ignored as a customer and it took me time to get some help. While other times, they were VERY helpful. I got my bridesmaid dressed here and the price was the best I could find. They were helpful with finding the sizes. One of my girls had a problem with her dress and it was not resolved. I do not know all of those details. Overall, I got what I was looking for and got a good price. If you want excellent service, I would not highly recommend it, but it is worth checking out because I did have good service sometimes, just not very consistently.

I bought my gown online from Chrissy O's. I worked with Jessica who answered all of my questions about the gown and sent me a swatch. She kept me informed about when the gown came in and when it shipped. I was nervous at first about ordering online, but Jessica made me feel much better. I got a great deal purchasing online, the dress was gorgeous and I wouldn't have done it any other way!

I ordered my Sottero and Midgely dress at Chrissy O. They have a really nice selection of dresses there and the ladies are so helpful and friendly. I ordered my dress during one of their special events, so I received a Chrissy O black card and a free veil. It gave me 30% off all of my purchases for 6 months. I got all of my bridal jewelry with that discount. We also ordered all of the bridesmaids' and flower girl dresses there. Since I bought my dress there, the girls also got 30% which made the dress cost really reasonable. They arrived in with no problems at all. The girls from out of state were able to pay their balances over the phone with a credit card, which was really convenient.I was a little disappointed at the cost of the alterations though. They contract out a seamstress that you can use, but she was really expensive. My alterations were half the cost of the dress! If I had known that beforehand, I may have gone elsewhere for them.

I found "the dress" in a local boutique but the quality of service was terrible. I found out that Chrissy O's boutique would price match my dress PLUS give a 6% discount and ship the dress from NJ to NC for free. I decided to take the risk, and I'm so happy I did. My dress was estimated to arrive mid-February, but arrived in late January instead! It was in perfect condition and was packaged well. The dress was authentic and came with a certificate of authenticity. What a deal!

I ordered my dress online and with their price match I got a fabulous deal on my beautiful dress! It was shipped all the way across the country to me very fast and was perfect in every way.

They offered the best price for the bridesmaid dresses I wanted and delivered ahead of the quoted time. I was very happy with my experience and since have purchased other dresses from them.
