Crystal Ballroom at the Radisson Hotel of Freehold

Thank you so much for great accomodation and most of all for giving us such a great service during the reception. It was such a great experience for us not to worry much of the place and decorations coz it was all taken care of. The food was delicious and all our guests loved it, from cocktail to dinner!

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, everyone is still talking about the food, decor, venue, and how accommodating the staff was at the Radisson. Working with Val was such a pleasure she made sure everything was perfect from the day we booked our venue up until we walked down the aisle and we couldn't thank her enough. She was easily accessible by email for any concerns or questions we had and never seemed bothered. Thank you all again for such a beautiful affair, we couldn't have dreamed of a more beautiful day.

The guests are still talking about the wonderful food a month later. They made it beautiful in the ballroom.

All of the staff were a pleasure to work with. From the moment we toured the site we met every staff member that would be touching any aspect of our big day. We were made to feel very comfortable. All of our guests were impressed with the quality and quantity of food offered, no one left hungry. The staff not only assisted in making sure everything at the site was perfect they were helpful in suggesting other aspects of the wedding as well.

I loved the Radisson of Freehold's Crystal Ballroom! From beginning to end the expierence was amazing. Leading up to the wedding they answered all my questions within 24 hours. Everything was amazing that day. The food was delicious. My wedding was over a month ago and I was still getting compliments on how amazing the cocktail hour and dinner were. No one could go home hungry!! The Ballroom looked amazing and the staff was perfect. I would recommend this venue to everyone!! It is not overly expensive and the staff is great.

Our wedding was held at the Radisson, and it was absolutely amazing. Valerie and Tara, who are very friendly, helpful and professional, were there every step of the way. They helped us plan our wedding and find our florist and Priest. The night before our wedding Val was there with us for rehearsal. Also, on our wedding day they were there with us making sure everything ran smoothly. We had our Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception there. All my guest and I were so please with all the food and the way everything looked. Overall the staff at the Radisson did a wonderful job with our wedding and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

I was married at The Crystal Ballroom August 20, 2011 and had the best experience of my life! Everything was amazing and better than I could have hoped for. Food and service were our number one priorities when looking for a venue, and this place did not disappoint. For the price you pay and the amount of food they give, you cannot go wrong. We also added on almost every enhancer available to really push our wedding over the top, and I have to say the sushi roller and Grey Goose vodka ice luge were the two biggest hits of the night! Everyone raved about the food tasting delicious and being so fresh. From the cocktail hour with abundant amounts of food (the raw bar, antipasto display, sushi, hot and cold displays, chef attended stations), to the main course (filet mignion, lemon sole stuffed with lobster and lump crab, and stuffed chicken), and the Viennese hour (wedding cake (which was included and GORGEOUS!), chocolate fountain, ice cream sundae bar, cakes, pastries, cookies, parfaits, hot zepploes, international coffee station with cappuccino and espresso, etc. etc.) - everything was AMAZING and the presentation was beautiful! We actually had guests tell us they wanted to write US a thank you for inviting them! Majority of our guests were from out of state, so having a hotel on-site was a huge plus for us - we didn't have to worry about anyone getting home safely after partying all night, and we also didn't have to spend money on transporting guests from the venue to a hotel. This venue has so much to offer and they were willing to accommodate ALL of our requests no matter how big or small - and believe me we had many! Val and Ed were a pleasure to work with and my husband, our parents, and myself could not thank them enough for everything they did to make sure our wedding was exactly how we dreamed of it being. My wedding at The Crystal Ballroom was worth every penny I spent and I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone no matter what your budget may be - they work with everyone to make their day perfect!

I have to say the service we had from the beginning of the planning to the very end of the wedding day was impeccable. Amy and Val were so helpful with everything. I myself am an event planner and I could not complain about one single thing at the Radisson. We had lots of our guests stay overnight and also had a private breakfast the next morning and it was nothing but smooth sailing. All our guests complimented us on how delicious the food at cocktail hour was. I would recommend this place over and over again!

We had such an amazing experience with everyone here at the Radisson Hotel. Amy and Val have helped us every step of the way and were absolutely wonderful and always so pleasant! It was such a pleasure and very reassuring having them and our Maitre d' and helped our wedding day to go flawlessly. Everyone in our wedding is still raving about how beautiful the rooms were and how awesome the food was. They really offered the best price for the quality and amount of food. I am truly grateful and everything (room, food, cake) exceeded our expectations!! Thank you and we love you Amy and Val!!!!

I held my wedding ceremony and reception on March 28, 2010 everything was setup as promised. Amy and Val were great handling my last minute changes and were very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. The food was very good. Everyone especially loved the cocktail hour. It was a memorable event.

I couldn't ask for a more amazing wedding venue. Let me first say, I booked this venue when it was sheetrock and a chalk outline of the dance floor. I saw the venue completed in July of 08 and was amazed by it. Throughout the entire process Amy and Val were amazing to work with. They helped with every detail that I had in mind, and when I changed my mind 20 times in a week, they kept telling me to stop apologizing and that it was my day. The day of everything was perfect, from them letting us use any room we wanted to (it was a cold windy day in November) to every staff member in that place offering to help with anything. Ron the MD was amazing, he worked amazingly with our Day of Coordinator, he helped with every aspect, and handled anything before we even knew it happened (if anything happened!) Everything was perfect from our check in the night before, to the getting ready, cocktail hour (which BTW is killer!) to the set up of the ceremony/reception etc. We couldn't ask for more, and plan on spending every anniversary (11/27) and/or new years (at their party) till we can't do it anymore at the Radisson.

My wedding was spectacular thanks to the Radisson. Amy and Val were so amazing to work with, and answered all of my million questions along the way. They were very accommodating with all of my requests and really made everything look exactly how I wanted. The ceremony was beautiful, and I cant believe how fast the room was turned over for the reception. Our guests raved about the food at the cocktail hour, saying that it was abundant and delicious. Some even thought that the cocktail hour was the main course. Dinner was just as delicious. The huge dance floor was packed all night, and the Maitre De made sure that everything was constantly running smoothly. I highly recommend having your wedding in the Crystal Ballroom at the Radisson!

Crystal Ballroom employees, especially Val were a pleasure to deal with. Anytime I wanted to meet with them they were more than happy to meet with me in a timely fashion. Room looked amazing on my wedding day loved the lighting and the tables looked just as I pictured them. Food was absolutely AMAZING there was so much food our guest have not stopped raving about how great the food was. THANK You for my Amazing day.

The Radisson did a great job.Our wedding was Aug2010. Til this day i have lots of people saying how great was the food and how much u acually get..they did a wonderful job..

Our wedding was May 21, 2011 and it was fabulous! Our guests loved the cocktail hour and the dinner and everything was set up just as we hoped...The price was also great and i would definately recommend looking into this venue if you are trying to decide!

We were the first wedding the Radisson had after the renovations, in the Crystal Ballroom. We were told a few months after we had booked with them, they were renovation the whole Hotel including the Ballroom! We were really excited because we knew that it was going to look outstanding (and it did). However we also had the thought...Are they going to be done in time? We were kept well informed about the renovations and the wedding planning itself. If we had called to ask a question we were given an answer that day or as soon as they found out. They were very informative on what we needed to do as the bride and groom and how the ballroom would be set up. Every time we stopped by the ballroom was getting closer and closer to being finished, so was our big day! They assured us that it would be ready in time, and it was! The service, as well as the professionalism was wonderful! Our special day ran very smoothly thanks to the Mater Di, wait and hotel staff. Anything we needed was taken care of as soon as it was asked. The hotel was very accommodating for our guests. We even had a few drinks at the bar to end the night, as well as breakfast the next morning at the buffet for our guests! Our wedding suit was perfect too! It was just cozy enough to feel like home, yet modern and elegant enough to know we weren't! We were very impressed with the Radisson and would absolutely recommend it to anyone getting married!

Amy, Val, and Yuron are just simply the BEST!!!! We had our wedding at the Crystal Ballroom on October 1, 2010 and were overall very happy. Unfortunately we didn't get time to eat one bit, but our guests are still raving about how great the food was. Amy & Val are just the greatest and are always so pleasant and a pleasure to work with. They were great with helping with all of my ever changing requests and needs. The day of it was great to see them at the wedding and having them make sure everything was as it should be. Yuron was nothing short of amazing. He constantly checking with us to make sure everything was going smoothly and if there was anything we needed.

I just recently got married at the Crystal Ballroom of the Radisson of Freehold. The wedding was great. Service was excellent. Everybody was as helpfull as can be. ONE giant problem, was the main course meals. Food was horrible. Had Prime rib, Tuna, and Chicken Francese. Chicken and tuna were overcooked, and the prime rib was tasteless. It was nothing like the tasting. Just wanted to give everyone the heads up.
