In choosing the right place for my husband and I to go on our honeymoon, Elena from Elena Borrero Travel Services (EBTS) helped us every step of the way. I highly recommend her services above all others in the Bergen County area. Elena is such a good-natured and down-to-earth person who I would gladly do business with in the future. She sat down with me and my husband and spent such a great deal of time looking online at different honeymoon locales that we would like. She shared her personal views about islands that she visited in the past. She even sent us photos of Sandals Grande St. Lucian from a previous client who went there. We ended up booking that resort for our May honeymoon and Elena said we are going to have a fabulous time. That was such an understatement. My husband and I had an EXPLOSIVELY AMAZING time at this resort. We did not want to go home and are already planning our next trip back.We can't wait to plan our future vacations with Elena. Elena went over and beyond with her service for us. SHe helped every aspect of planning our honeymoon down to the last tee. She helped us pick our location, helped with our budget and made reservations for dinner for us every evening. She helped select where to stay and even got us upgraded when we got there. She made sure our flights were set as well as inter-island flights. Elena was always available to talk to via email and phone. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to. She is a good resource to have when traveling as she is a well seasoned global traveler! I would definetely go to her to book future trips.
