Goehrig's Bakery

Goehrig's Bakery is a one-stop shop for value, courteous service, and phenomenal results! The cake tasting was conducted by a friendly bakery associate who took down my vision with amazing accuracy, even suggesting awesome finishing touches I hadn't even thought of. On the day of the wedding, I stopped in after my make-up consult to anxiously inquire that everything would be ready for delivery. The bakery staff were upbeat & nice...They even complimented my make-up and hair! The master baker assured me that all was well and hoped I would be pleased. Needless to say, the sand & surf-inspired cake came out exactly as I had envisioned and the red velvet w/cream cheese filling tasted even better than when we choose it at the cake-tasting. We had to keep an eye on our daughter who was desperate to pluck off the very realistic seashells & star fish! Guests complimented us on the simple elegance of it's design, how well it flowed into our beachy, casual-chic decor, and, of course, on the deliciousness of the cake itself. Thanks to the Master baker & all of the Goehrig's staff for making ordering and receiving our dream cake, well, easy as pie!

My son just threw us a 25th anniversary party, and Goehrig's Bakery made the cake. It was outstanding! It was the perfect combination of playfulness and sophistication. My husband is known for always sleeping late, whereas I'm always early, so the cake featured comic fondant figures of my husband asleep in a bed at the base of the cake, with me standing on top. Too funny! The cake was delivered to the Chart House in plenty of time, and arrived looking gorgeous.The cake was a vision in black, white and silver. Even better, the three tiers were incredibly delicious. We had one layer with dulce de leche, one with chocolate mocha, and one with cannoli. Our guests adored the cake. My facebook wall is full of comments about this delicious cake! When my son gets married, we'll be returning to Goehrig's for his cake.

Great cake! Everyone raved. Very pretty and tasty. A little pricy and they misplaced (temporarily) my cake topper. But all in all, would definately recommend. One of the tastiest cakes I have ever had!

This bakery made the grooms cake and my last anniversary cake. Joseph (the owner) was a wonderful person to work with. You can almost feel the energy coming from him. His cakes are amazing. He made me a three dimensional shark playing poker for the grooms cake. His anniversary cake for us was a sculpted puffed heart with our wedding picture in the center. It was outstanding. They taste great and look awesome and the prices are affordable. I want to recommend this bakery to everyone I know. I was just so happy with everything. I cannot wait for my next party!
