Ok so wendy is the best!! at first i was kind of 'if'y on if i should use somone i had never met before, but i read the reviews and since they were all positive i went ahead and tried it.. I am so glad I did because my dress came out exactly like the picture even better! And it fits perfectly. Use wendy for sure you wont regret it. Thanks again wendy!

Wendy from Leie's Dress Boutique has made me the most amazing, unique and exquisite wedding gown I could dream for. I was first very nervous about purchasing my wedding gown online but after reviewing all the great comments she had from previous customer I took a leap of faith and I was not deceived, in fact as one of the previous costumer of Wendy wrote on her Etsy page, I really wish I knew more brides do I could refer them to Wendy :) At first, I tried on many dresses in different shops but everything seemed kind of blend and without style. I could never seem to find a dress that had both a top and skirt that I liked so I sent Wendy two pictures: one of a corset style that I really liked and one of an overall dress shape that I wanted and she made me the most beautiful dress I have ever seen in any of the stores I went to. The dress fits perfectly as if she sewed it on me and the price she charged me for it was less than was a quarter of the pricy dresses I originally tried. Can a bride finds her perfect and unique wedding gown, have it handmade to her measurements and delivered directly to her house without having to sell her car? YES she can! I would highly recommend Wendy to any bride who is looking for style and individuality !

My dream dress was a $4000 alvina valenta all lace dress which I could never afford. I had almost given up until I found Ieie Dresses online. I was skeptical to order a dress from someone I never met and to buy a dress before I could try it on but after reading her reviews I decided to give it a chance. I told Wendy what I wanted and sent her pictures of my dream dress. After just a few months I got my dress in the mail and it was much more than I expected! The dresses looks so much like the Alvina Valenta dress at a small fraction of the cost! The lace was very nice and looked like lace I have seen on dresses that cost thousands of dollars. The quality was great, just like dresses I have tried on in the store. Her attention to detail is great and very professional. She was very understanding of what I had in mind. I am soo happy I decided to go with Ieie dresses because I dont think I would have my dream dress without it!

The dress arrived and I loved it more than I did before. The quality and detail is top of the line. It's obvious that Wendy loves what she does, it comes through in her work. I would recommend her to any bride.

My daughter and I looked everywhere for a unique wedding gown that would fit her, she is very petite and we couldn't find anything that looked good or that she was excited about. We contracted with Wendy at Ieie's Dress Boutique to make a dress from a picture my daughter saw. We sent her the picture of the dress, a picture of my daughter along with measurements and details of what she wanted. Wendy said the dress would be ready in 90 days and not only was it ready on time it was unbelievable! It was exactly what my daughter wanted down to every last little beaded detail. What was even more amazing to me was that she was able to construct this dress and it fit perfectly without ever seeing my daughter in person! I fully expected to have some alterations to tweak the dress but it was perfect. Wendy was so sweet and kind and followed through on everything she promised and gave us a very reasonable price for the dress. When my daughter first told me she wanted to have her dress made via an online site I was very skeptical but I highly, highly recommend her to anyone who would like to have a dress made and rest assured that you will be satisfied.

I would highly recommend Wendy to anyone who wants a custom dress. I have actually recommended her to several of my friends who are recently engaged. I wanted a combination of a Maggie Sottero dress, an Allure Bridals dress, and Tricia Nixon's dress. I showed Wendy all the pictures I could find, and the dress turned out perfectly. It fit like a glove. Understandably, I was worried at how it would turn out because I never got to meet Wendy in person. She will answer every question you have and eliminate any fear you have about the entire process. Don't spend a fortune on a dress you can pick off the rack, when you can have Wendy make you a dress that you LOVE, is one of a kind, and is a fraction of the cost.

I thought the IeIe did a great job on my dress. There is quite a bit of boning on the dress it can practically hold itself up. I would say the dress is 95% of what I envisioned the dress to be. The whole process took about 4.5 months from start to finish. Communication with her was prompt as she generally responded to emails in the evening (EST). I would definitely recommend her to...

If I could change one thing about my wedding, it would have been the dress. I asked that it be customized. I got a bad feeling about the lack of communication but had already committed to the dress. When I received the dress, there were a lot of things wrong with it. The top layer of the dress did not match up with the bottom layer as it does in the picture. The dress was way too short. And sadly, the customizations that I had asked for and had even sent pictures back and forth with feedback from the dressmaker, they weren't done properly. I asked for a ruffle around the top to hang off the shoulders, I got a ruffle around the bodice of the dress instead. I asked for thin straps, the dress came with them almost in a V shape around my neck. I was so upset. I contacted the dressmaker, she accused me of sending the wrong measurements (which have been double-checked and do not match at all with the skirt of the dress) and offered to fix the dress only if I payed more. Since I no longer trusted her and was running short on time, I asked for extra fabric so I could take it to a local seamstress. She did send the extra fabric and gave me a credit of $50. It cost me a couple hundred dollars to make the dress wearable. The seamstress couldn't use the extra fabric, she said the dress had been made on industrial equipment that she couldn't match. We tried to fix the ruffle and the straps but ended up removing all of it. The seamstress had to fix the way the dress was gathered, it was very puffy on one side and not on the other. She was able to add a little length onto the bottom layer of the dress but I had to settle for wearing flats instead of the 3 inch heels that I had purchases and had been measured in. It was horrible. The dress was pretty after the alterations but it wasn't what I wanted. I cringe when I look at the pictures and am very disappointed. After all the money I feel that I wasted on this dress, I could have paid more and gotten a dress that I loved. Feel free to contact me for pictures.

Wendy made a replica of an Amsale Reese dress for me. It was perfect, she answered every one of the 10 million questions I had very promptly and patiently, and when I got the dress (2 weeks early), it was exactly like the one I had tried on in the store, except better, because it fit me perfectly. I highly recommend her for her dress making skills and plan to use her down the road if I ever want a designer dress for another occasion.

The quality of service and value for cost should have more than 5 stars! Wendy did an incredible job on my wedding dress, and I would recommend her to anyone! My dress was very intricate and detailed and the workmanship is beyond excellent. Wendy is a very professional lady with regards to a bride's needs. I was totally flabbergasted when I put the dress on and still in awe that I paid much less for the same wedding dress that was over $2,000 with Wendy's dress being better quality and just plain gorgeous! I would happily recommend Wendy (IeIe's Dress shop) to any bride or bridesmaid or even someone looking for a formal dress. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

The dress was perfect and exactly what I asked for. The price was astounding for the quality and professionalism I received. My emails were always returned quickly, and even when I started getting anxious and emailing her more, she took time to respond to me and explain everything. The dress was done so fast and was shipped extremely quickly. It was in perfect condition when it arrived and fit me exactly the way I hoped and specified. I have already recommended her to a few of my friends and will continue to do so.

The dress is just perfect!! it fits perfectly and looks amazing! I never had to wait too long for Wendy to respond to my questions and concearns, she was always there if i needed. I just received my dress from Wendy today and spent no less than an hour in front of my mirror and twirling in circles, giddy with delight. Wendy was patient with me as I struggled to figure out the details of my dress. She was also very good about having the dress done when she promised. I have to say, when she sent me the pictures of my dress right before it was ready to ship, I was not quite satisfied with the material and expressed it to her. She was VERY receptive of my feedback and promptly took the entire dress apart and did it again with different material. I was extremely pleased with this and grateful. It's hard purchasing a dress online and not having face to face contact with the designer, and I admit, I was not the easiest to deal with (afraid of being a victim of online fraud) but Wendy is absolutely trustworthy and her work is fantastic. Wendy made me a gorgeous custom-made wedding dress that was extremely high quality. I was inspired by a designer wedding dress but I wanted a few changes made to the design and I could not afford the $3500 designer price tag, so I contacted Wendy. I showed her pictures of the dress I liked and explained the changes that I wanted made to the design, and she said she could make the dress for just $500. She sent me a measuring form with about 20 different measurements on it, so the dress actually fit me better than if I had ordered a designer dress. It took about 3 months for me to receive my dress and I was really impressed with the quality and the perfect fit. She used superfine tulle for the skirt and the top was very sparkly, just as I requested. The flowers and ribbon looked a little different than the picture, but they still looked very nice. I am going to need a bustle added and a little length taken off the dress, but I still saved a TON of money by going with Wendy and I am very happy with my choice.

I cannot say enough good things about this boutique! I had my embroidered wedding dress made by Wendy and it turned out absolutely gorgeous! I was amazed by the intricate and very detailed beading on the dress. She was such a pleasure to work with and always answered my questions efficiently and most importantly, my dress arrived exactly when she said it would. I would definitely recommend her ten times over to anyone! I'm so glad I went with her!! I Can't wait to wear this beautiful dress..

Comments I cannot stress enough the HIGH quality of the dress I ordered. This dress could easily retail for three times the price (I'm an appraiser - I would know!) I requested a European-design (Lazaro) mermaid-style dress featuring sage embroidery on ivory ground, and was surprised and delighted that three other coordinating greens were chosen to compliment the original sage. If you can believe it, even my fiance is excited about this dress. Thank you, Wendy, for your thoughtful care and your talent.

Wendy is AMAZING!!! I had tons of questions for her and I felt like I was bugging (I didn't know the colors I wanted to go with) but she ALWAYS had kind words and professional feedback! She helped me through all my worries about getting a wedding dress. I had a horrible time going to Davids Bridal and other places, they were so rude and they made me cry the first time I tried on a dress (a bad cry)!! But I felt so at ease with Wendy. She made my wedding dress plus a little jacket that went with it and it was seriously less than half of what I would have paid somewhere else! Her prices are so wonderful! When I got my dress, I cried, (a good cry). :) It was so so beautiful and it was so ME!!!! Not to mention it fit like a glove!! I mean a perfect fit the first time! My wedding just past last weekend, and I can't tell you how many people came up to me and asked me where I got my dress! They all LOVED it! It fit our Alice in Wonderland theme perfectly! This was one of my splurges - and at $400, it might not sound like a splurge - but this was a DIY wedding! I was able to order this, on line, get the dress I wanted - and then find a friend to make the last minute fitting/alteration happen. This was a great dress! I'm really pleased with their service!
