I love littlethingsfavors their customer service is great very flexible and kind. They work with me on my schedule and I lover honesty and quality of favors. Definitively will buy from here again and will tell my girlfriends to order from here. :)

I was amazed to find this little store with so much in it ! It does mainly online sales, but the shop is open during specific hours for walk-ins. My fiance and I went on a Saturday morning and very quickly found what we needed. The sales clerk was extremely helpful. The order arrived in just a few days. When we found we needed a few more things, we were able to easily increase our order. One item arrived slightly damaged and a replacement was sent immediately, free of all charges. Great place ! Great vallue !

I just loved shopping at Little Things Wedding Favors. The site is not only so easy to go through, it is very creative,with so many items to choose from and such reasonable prices, that I bought extras just to have some for myself. The ordering process was so easy and my merchandise was shipped as promised. I am so pleased with this site, that I recommended it to all my girlfiends who are getting married next year.Thank you "Little Things Wedding Favors" for making my day a very "Special Day", my guests thank you too, they couldn't stopping talking about the lovely favors.

We ordered small glass jars with a custom label as our party favors. The jars were a great value, beating every other price on the market for the same item. The jars were also of great quality. Unfortunately, a small number of jars broke during shipping. Fortunately, Little Things handled the situation quickly and professionally, sending out replacements almost immediately. We visited their little shop and they have an immense variety of party favors.

I am so thankful we had "Little Things" at our event! The price is good and on schedule and worked well with our theme. Hope they can cut down the shipping cost a little.

I was delighted to find Little Things Wedding Favors, since trying to plan a budget wedding in NYC isn't an easy feat. They had tons of options, and with free personalization option I found exactly what I needed for my wedding favors, at a great price. Everything was shipped promptly and packaged carefully, and it could not have been a easier process overall.

We bought decks of cards for our Las Vegas wedding. We recieved our shippment and realized they had sent the wrong size personalized sticker for the card box. We immediately contacted the company and they shipped out the correct stickers the next day. It was a little frustrating, but it was corrected. Overall the value for the price was great, and their customer service personell were quick and friendly.

Was very disappointed with this vendor. After submitting my purchase online, I felt really happy, however, I was told the next day that the item was out of stock. What kind of an online system do you have where it accepts payment for an item that does not exist! Then as crazy as it seems I tried to purchase something else and again I was pretty content with my purchase. Unfortunately, I recieved another call stating because I used two coupons during the transaction, Little things would have to cancel one of the coupon. I was fine with that because I can understand that. But what I dont understand is the stupid explanation that they gave me by canceling the least discount towards my purchase. How unfair is that! I don't understand why they could not allow me to choose the coupon I wanted toward my purchase. Highly upset. What a waste...highly fustrated!

Their stuff is a piece of junk. After my samples fell apart and broke while opening they wouldn't let me return them or get at least a store credit or something. Terrible!! I asked to speak to the manager but she wouldn't budge. Please don't do business with this company or Erica Tevis (the manager), unless you want a disaster.

their posted prices are a sham. once you make the order, they say that because of the complexity of the order (ha!) they need to have more time to make the product so they'll need to rush it on the shipping. This added another $30.00. ours was a very simple order -- once I ok'd the rush for this stated reason, it shipped the next day. Guess they didn't need that extra time after all! The favors (packets of seeds with a sticker) were so-so; could have easily made them at home on my printer.
