We had a daughter's Bridal Shower cake from Palermo's. A beautiful Tiffany's Box.We also had an Amazing wedding cake that unfortunately we didn't get to see, because it was given away to another wedding party at the venue. We contacted Joanne and even though she was away on vacation, she called us back and remained on the line taking care of the problem.It was an experience that I wouldn't wish to anyone, but having Joanne at Palermo's to back their product is well worth it. At Palermo's they took a picture of the Gorgeous wedding cake, before it left the store.It was very painful for me to see the picture but I was able to have a visual memory of the wedding cake. I highly recommend Palermo's,not only for their beautiful cakes, but most of all for their outstanding service and standing by their product. Olga

Palermos was also included in our package for the Westmount Country Club.....I actually decided to use them for my husband's grooms cake as well. Not only was our wedding cake breathtaking, but the grooms cake stole the show. It was a Notre Dame Football Themed Cake with everything fighting Irish from the Gold Helmet, to the ND symbol, to the little fighting Irishman logo in the front. Pauly (from Palermos) did a fantastic job helping me design the cake, which stole the hearts of all of the big football fans in the room. Palermos...just want to thank you guys again for the excellent job you did!

Our wedding cake was included in our package through The Atrium. I was a little nervous at first but I was thrilled with Palermo's. My husband couldn't make it to our appointment so they gave me two tasting plates to give to him...they were so helpful in choosing the design. I don't really like cake, but this cake was amazing.

Palermo's was part of the package at the Atrium. I do not like the taste of cake, but when we went there for cake tasting, their cakes were so amazing, I enjoyed every bite of it. The cake was beautiful and they had asked for me to send them a swatch of the bridesmaid dresses to match the flowers to as best as they could and they did an amazing job.

Our wedding cake came from Palermo's it was beautiful & delicious. We went for a cake testing which was so much fun. They gave us little samples of different cakes & fillings. The best part was we were able to take the samples home with us. The bakery itself is decorated nice too, with cakes displayed in showcases. We recommend Palermo's bakery & would order cakes from them again!

The cake was truly a work of art! I felt bad for eating such a pretty thing, but the cake was so delicious! It was beyond just a sweet tasting cake, this was heaven in a bite. The cake was so intricately decorated and was just as delicious as it was visually pleasing!

The staff at the bakery were extremely helpful during the planning process. If I left a message I would receive a return call in a timely manner. I was never kept waiting. They were also very receptive to any ideas that I may have wanted to have incorporated with my cake. My wedding cake was amazing and I am still receiving compliments on how great it tasted. I highly recommend Palermo's Bakery to all brides in the area. Not only did the cake look and taste great but the customer service made my whole cake selection process painless.

This was the easiest decision we made for the entire wedding, bar none. Because we booked the Graycliff for our reception, they include a cake from Palermo's (from a select list). But the list is covers a wide variety of cake designs and flavors and we found several that we liked. We booked the tasting, and decided in 2 minutes flat. The cake was perfect, gorgeous and delicious!

My husband and I loved both the wedding and groom's cake Palermo's did for our wedding. The wedding cake was absolutely stunning not to mention absolutely delicious. It was truly everything we had hoped for. I could not believe it had been done in buttercream. The detailing and overall look was just amazing. It fit perfectly with our vision for the reception. I also had ordered and Eagles helmet grooms cake which was very realistic and truly impressive! We visited the bakery twice once with my husband for the wedding cake selection and once with my mother and sister for the groom's cake. Both experiences were so enjoyable and I left not only having gotten to take delicious cake samples, but confident that my order would be perfect. The attention to detail on both the cakes was so appreciated. In fact, since our wedding, several people have called to ask where we got our cakes from because they were looking for themed cake themselves. Wonderful bakery.

We saw one of their cakes at an old friends wedding before ours and from then we wanted to get a cake like that. The cake we got for our wedding was just beautiful, words can't really describe it. One of the best cakes I have ever seen, and it tasted like nothing else. A little pricy, but if you want to have a showy cake and something to impress your guests, they have the options.

I recently got married this NYE. I was not 100% sure how my cake was going to come out because I changed the design and colors of the cake that I was basing my cake on. But it came out beautiful, plus it tasted great! Several of my guests complimented how great the cake was, they said it was the best dessert during Vienesse time.

I personally loved the cake we picked out. It was chocolate with vanilla icing. Amazing cake. They worked with us every step of the way and made sure they made exactly what we wanted even if they were unsure. My wife loved the cake as well. Everyone was complementing it during the whole reception. Great service and great cake!
