DELICIOUS AND BEAUTIFUL!! We met with them about six months before our wedding and they allowed us to taste all the cakes, which were all equally scrumptious! Once we decided we played around with a few ideas and came up with the final product that was simple and elegant. That was the first and last time we needed to contact them, they literally handled everything from that point. The cake turned out to be one of our favorite things from the wedding : )

Our cake was included in the venue package with the Empire club. They set up a cake tasting for us and it was so delicious. The staff was very friendly and they worked with us to make our cake as personal as possible. The day of the wedding, the cake was beautiful, fresh and very delicious. I recently got married and got my wedding cake from Palermo. It was perfect! It looked exactly the way we had planned and it was delicious. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly from the minute we went in to choose the cake. We were given many samples to try, which made it difficult to choose because they were all so delicious! I was pleasantly surprised that the cake tasted the same on my wedding day as it did the day we sampled them. I recommend Palermo Bakery to anyone planning an upcoming event.

My law school graduation cake was AMAZING! It was the talk of the night - and not only was it beautiful but it was SO tasty! Paulie and his team are wonderful to work with - an incredibly talented group! I will be going to them for any cakes I need in the future without a doubt. I can't say enough about how wonderful this bakery is - no one should have any doubts of using their services...I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

Walking into Palermo's was overwhelming at first, they have a separate entrance just for cake tasting and they sit you right down and place a sampling of their cake flavors and fillings in front of you to taste. While they are busy, they don't rush you. The woman who met with us allowed us the time to taste everything and also spent a while going through our preferences in order to narrow down to our cake design. She even suggested fillings which would help keep the cake from drying out, which we took and she was right! My now-husband and I picked a very simple design for our cake, so they didn't have to make to too far in advance in order to decorate it. On the day of our wedding, our simple design still looked stunning, and the cake was amazing! It was moist and delicious! Many of our guests commented on how great our cake tasted, and many came over the house after the wedding to try some more. Our family and friends enjoyed it for many days after our wedding, and it was good until the very end! My husband and I decided to take the top layer of our cake with us on our honeymoon, we enjoyed it on balcony of our room, listening to ocean waves and drinking champagne, and we look forward to returning to Palermo's next year for our 1 year anniversary cake!

Choosing our cake was a pleasure and we couldn't wait to see the finished product! I even had some last minute changes and Palermo had no problem talking with me and making the changes happen just days before the wedding. Unfortunately something had been taken off of our cake the day of our wedding before we ever saw the finished product, and wanting everything to be perfect, I was very upset over it! Palermo found out through the venue, and personally called me to apologize. A woman named Joanna went out of her way to make it up to me, even sending me a photo of the cake after it was made reassuring me that the cake left Palermo exactly the way I wanted it. I was so impressed by her professionalism, and kindness towards me that I will be going back to Palermo for all of my future cakes! Most businesses will disregard you after all is said and done, but Palermo's quality of service, even after my wedding has proven to be phenomenal. And the cake itself was just breathtaking!

The cake tasted great and was absolutely amazing. It was just what I expected. I had flowers cascading down the side of the cake and had fudge filling that everyone loved. Can't wait to eat the cake in a year!

This bakery is fantastic! My husband and I went in for a tasting and everything was so delicious it was hard to choose from. There is one flavor they do not give you in the tasting and that is Italian Rum Cake, you need to ask for it and that is the flavor we went with. The staff is very professional and they will help you out with your cake especially if you want to add a few things to your cake that would cost an extra fee. We wanted purple and green ribbon around each tier and they said it would be $200 for this. They actually told us to make the ribbon ourselves and bring it in for them to use for NO cost! How cool is that? I have also gone into the bakery for just goodies and everything is so GOOD! It's the only bakery I will be using from...

Our wedding cake was part of our reception package through our venue, Seasons. Palermo's was accommodating, friendly, and offered many generous options without having to divert from the package that Seasons had arranged with them. They were even kind enough to give us a doggie bag from our tasting. Our red velvet cake was delicious, gorgeous, and looked like it cost thousands!

Our wedding cake was amazing! We had 4 layers and three different flavors and every one was delicious! We had buttercream frosting and it was so smooth and perfect it looked like fondant!
