Thank you Lidie and everyone at Palermo. Our wedding cake was amazing! Many guests commented that it was the best wedding cake they've ever tasted. Our cake was exactly as promised. Thank you!

Walking into Palermo's was overwhelming at first, they have a separate entrance just for cake tasting and they sit you right down and place a sampling of their cake flavors and fillings in front of you to taste. While they are busy, they don't rush you. The woman who met with us allowed us the time to taste everything and also spent a while going through our preferences in order to narrow down to our cake design. She even suggested fillings which would help keep the cake from drying out, which we took and she was right! My now-husband and I picked a very simple design for our cake, so they didn't have to make to too far in advance in order to decorate it. On the day of our wedding, our simple design still looked stunning, and the cake was amazing! It was moist and delicious! Many of our guests commented on how great our cake tasted, and many came over the house after the wedding to try some more. Our family and friends enjoyed it for many days after our wedding, and it was good until the very end!My husband and I decided to take the top layer of our cake with us on our honeymoon, we enjoyed it on balcony of our room, listening to ocean waves and drinking champagne, and we look forward to returning to Palermo's next year for our 1 year anniversary cake!

Choosing our cake was a pleasure and we couldn't wait to see the finished product! I even had some last minute changes and Palermo had no problem talking with me and making the changes happen just days before the wedding. Unfortunately something had been taken off of our cake the day of our wedding before we ever saw the finished product, and wanting everything to be perfect, I was very upset over it! Palermo found out through the venue, and personally called me to apologize. A woman named Joanna went out of her way to make it up to me, even sending me a photo of the cake after it was made reassuring me that the cake left Palermo exactly the way I wanted it. I was so impressed by her professionalism, and kindness towards me that I will be going back to Palermo for all of my future cakes! Most businesses will disregard you after all is said and done, but Palermo's quality of service, even after my wedding has proven to be phenomenal. And the cake itself was just breathtaking!

This bakery is fantastic! My husband and I went in for a tasting and everything was so delicious it was hard to choose from. There is one flavor they do not give you in the tasting and that is Italian Rum Cake, you need to ask for it and that is the flavor we went with. The staff is very professional and they will help you out with your cake especially if you want to add a few things to your cake that would cost an extra fee. We wanted purple and green ribbon around each tier and they said it would be $200 for this. They actually told us to make the ribbon ourselves and bring it in for them to use for NO cost! How cool is that?I have also gone into the bakery for just goodies and everything is so GOOD! It's the only bakery I will be using from now on.

Our wedding cake was part of our reception package through our venue, Seasons. Palermo's was accommodating, friendly, and offered many generous options without having to divert from the package that Seasons had arranged with them. They were even kind enough to give us a doggie bag from our tasting. Our red velvet cake was delicious, gorgeous, and looked like it cost thousands!

The cake was wonderful...everyone said that the cake was extremely good and lemony. Very prompt and had a variety of flavors to choose from...Only advice book early as they are extremely busy and well known...Would have another cake made by them...it was wonderful...

Our wedding cake was amazing! We had 4 layers and three different flavors and every one was delicious! We had buttercream frosting and it was so smooth and perfect it looked like fondant!

We ordered our wedding cake from Palermo's Bakery since it was included in our venue contract. We had a wonderful experience at Palermo's - during the tasting there were many types of cake to choose from and all of them tasted incredible. We ultimately went with alternating tiers of raspberry cream filling and a lemon cream filling. A number of our guests did not eat egg, so one tier of our wedding cake was made eggless - all of our guests raved about the freshness and tastiness of the cake! Also, it looked beautiful!

Delicious, beautiful and easy! No worries...we went in, described what we were looking for and we didn't have to worry about it again! We got a gorgeous cake that was so good I didn't want to stop eating it when we did the cake cutting!

I loved working with Palermo! My wedding cake was excellent. We had 3 different layers. My guests loved it because some of them were allergic to chocolate. There was a last minute time change with my wedding which was no problem. Everything arrived on time. I will use them again.

Our wedding cake was included in our venue package, and we had a choice between two bakeries. I did some research, and decided to go with Palermo. In retrospect, excellent choice. When my then-fiance and I went for the cake tasting, the employees were so helpful. We were able to sample a whole slew of different options, and everything was delicious. We had a tough time deciding which flavors to choose, but finally decided on chocolate cake with Baci filling and vanilla with dulce de leche (for those sad souls who don't like chocolate). We looked at all of their designs and ended up tweaking one for our cake, and it came out beautiful! On the day of our wedding, the cake was amazing, as expected. Waiting until our first anniversary to eat that last layer may prove to be a challenge....

Our wedding cake from Palermo's was the best cake I ever had! I my wife doesn't even eat cake, but she loved our vanilla cake stuffed with canoli cream! It was beautifully and tastefully decorated, and our consultant gave us all the time we needed to sample the various cakes and make a decision. She also helped us with design ideas, and it all worked out great! I only wish I lived closer so that I could go there more often. But, if you want a great wedding cake, you won't be disappointed there!

I ordered the grooms cake for my wedding from Palermo’s. I asked for a two tier chocolate chip cookie cake with my husband’s college insignia on it. When I when to order the cake, Mike the consultant I worked with, listened to my idea and then worked with the baker to make sure it was possible. Despite not being a traditional cake, Palermo Bakery was very willing to work with me. The final product was so cool. It looked exactly like the sketch I brought with me to the consultation and it tasted amazing. Everyone at the wedding thought it was great and my husband continues to rave about how cool it was and how good it tasted!

Our cake was included with our venue and I heard horror stories that some bakeries would really limit you to what you could get for "free". At the tasting, I gave them a picture of something I had in mind and without hesitation they said they would do it -- and it came out even better than the picture! It not only looked great, but tasted great. The hardest part was deciding on what flavors to include! Great experience.

OMG- best wedding cake EVER. Two weeks later, family and friends are still inviting themselves over, wanting more wedding cake. THis is the only wedding cake Ive ever had thats actually YUMMY! I HIGHLY recommend the alternating layers we did- vanilla and chocolate pudding, and chocolate and nutella. HIGHLY recommend this place. the owner, i forgot her name, but she is a sweet blonde, is awesome to work with!

Palermos was so helpful and gave us our dream wedding cake. The tasting session was awesome because there were so many combinations to choose from. They are so skilled with their designing and our cake came out beautiful. So many people commented how great it was. We now go there all the time for all of our dessert needs.

We loved our wedding cake. Palermo's runs a very impressive business, and clearly does many wedding cakes. The process to select the cake is fun and efficient. All the cakes we tried were delicious, although we picked Vanilla cake with Chocolate Chip canoli filling. We continue to receive compliments on how delicious the cake was, and it was absolutely gorgeous! I would certainly return to Palermos for future bakery / cake needs. Highly recommended!

They work well with you to find the cake you want and within your budget. It came out beautifully and delicious! The details on the cake were done with such care and was gorgeous! Can't wait to order another cake from them!!!
