Other than my husband, Peter James Floral Couture was my favorite part of my wedding!!! From the moment we met, Peter was able to read my personality and interpret my style. Not only did Peter make my vision of my wedding day come to life, he made it even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined! His taste and attention to detail are impeccable and unsurpassed. My guests were so impressed with my flowers and décor, that they are still talking about it. Everything also photographed so beautifully and vibrantly.Let me give you a little example of how amazing this man is. I had an autumnal theme to my wedding and my centerpieces were floral arrangements in pumpkins. However, due to a hurricane the pumpkin crop was terrible in NJ. Peter drove all the way to Pennsylvania to ensure that my pumpkins were perfect! Who does that?! Peter was also incredibly helpful when it came to other parts of my wedding planning. He made wonderful vendor recommendations and helped me find a day of wedding coordinator, a table linen supplier, and even our venue for our rehearsal dinner. Peter is a truly talented artist. Peter James Couture created all of the flowers for my wedding and their work is phenomenal! Peter James took my vision and not only did they bring it to life, but they made it way better than I could have ever imagined. My bouquets, corsages, baskets and cake were absolutely beautiful and the gorgeous flowers they provided perfectly highlighted our wedding day. Peter James is extremely creative, professional, and reliable and I would highly recommend them to all Brides To Be. Peter James was always very friendly and responsive, which was greatly appreciated during the stressful stages of planning a wedding. Peter James Couture truly personifies everything that a wedding vendor should be.

The word genius imay be overused however, not when it comes to Peter. He listened to what I wanted and stayed within my budget...even adding little touches that I didn't pay for or expect. He made me so comfortable that I never worried for a second that I wouldn't get exactly what I wanted..and I was so right! Having Peter work out of The Berkeley was a plus..prefect venue, perfect florist. Even my fiance who had no interest in choosing flower arrangements, adored him. Thanks to Peter and his staff for helping to make all my wedding dreams come true!

Peter did a fabulous job with our wedding flowers. Everything from the Chuppah to the floral arrangements were beautiful. We really loved the Chuppah and how it looked against the pristine beach and ocean. The bar arrangement and centerpieces were lovely and perfect for the setting. His artistic flair really came through and the bridal bouquet was so unique and eye popping. Peter and his staff had everything set up on time and helped make the wedding a huge success. Peter definitely has a vision and a strong opinion, so make sure your voice doesn't get lost. He's great about listening to what you want and making it happen and he knows what flowers work with each season and works well with visual references. The only hiccup we encountered at times was his strong personality and when it came time to signing a contract. When we requested a contract before sending the security deposit it seemed to set off red flags for him. Maybe being a true artist, he does not feel as comfortable dealing with the business logistics or no one ever questioned this part of the process. Since we had a contract with all other vendors, we felt it was a natural step in the process. We were able to work through this snag and were very pleased with the outcome. It was a beautiful wedding and he &his staff really did do a fabulous job.

I was blown away when my bouquets were delivered to my hotel before my wedding. They turned out absolutely gorgeous, the colors were right on, styling perfect, just breath taking! They were delivered promptly and politely. The flowers for my ceremony were beyond my expectations as well, my cake was also decorated gorgeously! I can't say enough about Peter James, I would highly reccomend him for your wedding flowers and decor!

When it comes to Peter James floral I am revising the old adage "diamonds are a girls best friend!" We have all heard it before "flowers die...blah..blah..blah...no one remebers the flowers." I totally disagree, my flowers were absolutely beautiful and the favorite part of my wedding. After the whirlwind of the big day, I vividly remember each petal. Peter meticulously listens to your vision and bring his own style. Not to mention, so fun to work with and looking forward to sharing a glass of wine soon. Peter will win your heart the minute he says hello. The most comforting smile and voice I came across during my search for the perfect florist. Aside from the warm personality, his work is stupendous! Truly professional and delivers what he promises. The flower arrangements and bouquets for our wedding were as beautiful as I had hoped. I highly recommend you working with him and his crew, you will not regret it. Oh and the finishing touches on the cake were to die for. He really knows what he is doing - trust him...

My husband and I loved Peter from the moment we met him during our first consultation to meet one another and gather ideas. We knew that we had found our florist for our special day. Peter's creative ideas, couture style and design speak for themselves and the reputation he has earned in the industry keep him very busy. Yet, he made us feel as though we were his only client and that our special day was just as important to him as it was to us. There were many nights that Peter stayed late to meet me to ease my nervous bride behavior and ever changing mind. One month before the wedding I completely changed my table arrangements and bouquets. Peter never panicked and never made me feel like the "crazy" bride. When a week later I was changing my mind again Peter patiently sat with my husband and I to talk it out and help us make a decision. He also spend many nights sitting and chatting with my parents while waiting for me to arrive, I know they will miss seeing him so frequently! In the end, thanks to Peter's expert opinion we stuck with the bright colorful arrangements and bouquets and just as he had predicted they both jumped out and complimented our venue perfectly!Everything was perfect, from the unique boutonnieres to the gorgeous table arrangements - they were more beautiful than we ever could have dreamed. I would recommend Peter to anyone and my sisters would never use anyone but him when it's their turn to get married. Thank you sooooo much Peter for everything!!

To say that the flowers for my August 6th, 2011 wedding met my expectations would be an understatement. Peter did an absolutely amazing job with the concept and execution of it all to make it so beautiful. He knew how to turn all of what I had into my head into reality and I am so grateful for it. I LOVE PETER JAMES!!!!!!!!!! I cannot say enough about my amazing experience with Peter and his staff. During our first meeting he impressed me so much with his creativity, style, and awesome sense of humor that I hired him on the spot without speaking to another vendor. After speaking with him for only twenty minutes I was shocked that he had such an accurate intuition about my personality and style. I can't explain how important this is when choosing vendors. When a vendor understands your personality and taste it makes the process easy and fun. I had an idea of what I wanted for my flowers and Peter took it and ran with it and made it 100 times better! Every phone call and email was answered expediently and professionally. Every request I had - even last minute ones (sorry, Peter!) were met with a can-do attitude and perfect solutions. He always made me feel like I was the most important client - and I'm sure every bride he's worked with has felt the same way.Everyone at my wedding raved about the flowers and all of my Mom's friends (whose children aren't even engaged yet!) asked for Peter's contact info to hang onto for when their kids get married. Our venue asked to use pictures of our wedding for their website because everything was so beautiful - thanks to Peter. I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out - from the lanterns to the bouquets to the centerpieces to the arrangements along the aisle and at the altar to the beautifully decorated cake - everything was breath-taking.Not only was everything gorgeous, Peter is SO much fun to work with!!! He kept me laughing through the whole process. He is one of the most genuine, kind-hearted people I've ever met and he truly made my wedding day special. I can't thank him and his staff enough.

Peter did an amazing job on our flowers and accessories for my July 23rd 2011 wedding. I got married on one of the hottest days this summer and the flowers were fresh, colorful, lively and VERY creative. I wanted some beautiful colorful arrangements and boutiques that where special and did not look like every other bride's flowers well Peter accomplished just that. I would recommend him to many other brides and he is very quick to respond and was a pleasure to work with!

PeterJames is truly an artist. If you are a bride that values creativity and beauty...then you will not be disapointed when choosing him as the florist for your wedding day. Peter created the bouquets, decorated the reception room and cake for my July 9th wedding. Not only were the flowers gorgeous and fresh...but he creates something that will fit into your budget. My reception was in the Berkeley Hotel and I wanted all of my guest to take notice of the Crystal Ballroom's striking chandeliers. So Peter came up with the most amazing idea to climb up on a ladder to tie bunches of pink Orchids so that they will hang down from the chandeliers. The result changed my reception room into a romantic fantasyland that I will never forget. I loved the flowers on my wedding day and my only regret was not having more :)

Peter was absolutely amazing from the moment we met. I had met with another florist first and was immediately impressed as soon as I sat down with him. I was ready to go with something that I'm sure would have been pretty but Peter's creations were nothing short of amazing. He took my idea of "pretty" and made the flowers for our wedding exquisite! Every inch of our wedding looked amazing from the ceremony to the cocktail hour, centerpieces that were more amazing than I could have imagined and of course my bridal and bridesmaids' bouquets. Everyone loved the colors and creativity of every detail that was put into the floral decorations. They were so much more than I even asked for.Peter James himself is an amazing person who has become more than a florist is now family. I was extremely disappointed with the work of Peter James at my wedding. Not only were the bouquets not what I asked for, they were late, wilted, and looked terrible. I found him extremely difficult to work with and regret using him. Also, when confronted about the poor service he lacked the integrity to return a phone call. He also spoke negatively about his other clients which I found to be in poor taste. He is nothing but a hassle and I would never recommend any bride to use him in the future.

Caring, patient and very honest...Peter James was wonderful to work with. He listened to me about what I wanted for our wedding, the theme, the venue, angle we were going for. Then, Peter James created the most amazing center pieces (the guests fought over them to take them home) and bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids. I got nothing but compliments and I can not recommend Peter James enough to everyone I know who is planning an event.

Choosing PeterJames Floral Couture for my wedding was one of the easiest (and best!) decisions I made. Living in California while planning a NJ wedding, I did not feel the distance when it came to communicating with Peter. He was extremely easy to deal with. I initially reached out to him with a solid idea of what I wanted. He was able to take my simple idea and improve on it. He did this all while keeping within my budget, which he knew was extremely important to me. A few weeks before the wedding I decided I wanted to make a small change and he had no problem with making the last minute adjustment. In the end, my flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for! I have received so many compliments on them!
