The Imperia was wonderful!!! Arlene was such a pleasure to work with! We kept getting compliments all night about how beautiful everything was and how amazing all of the food was! There was so much food people were still full from cocktail hour when dinner was being served. The filet mignon was excellent!!! My husband and I were so busy we barely got to eat our meals though, but they wrapped everything up for us including all the extra cake and chocolate covered strawberries, without us even asking for it. We would definitely recommend the Imperia to anyone!

I can honestly say... The Imperia deserved the ratings I gave them. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and so kind and understanding. Andrea was my favorite person, she demonstrated what everyone in the wedding business should. It's supposed to be a happy time and she made sure that it was stress free and enjoyable to plan my wedding. She was so quick to respond and very efficient!! She would email me back within the hour sometimes minutes! But not just me loved her, my husband and my whole family. She made sure our day was perfect, and I can not thank her enough. I would do it all over again of I was insured to work with her. I will definetly be referring people to the Imperia. The food was amazing and so was the drinks! I really can't say enough! So thanks to the staff at the Imperia and especially Andrea. They don't know what they have there. She is awesome!! Thanks again!!!!

I dealt with Arlene from the beginning and I couldn't of asked for anyone better. We felt we got so much for our money. The food was amazing and so so much!! People were full from the cocktail. I loved the downstairs room and loved that our guests had the option to go on the patio or in the lobby. They worked with us through any issue or concern we had and made sure we were happy.

I don't think I can say enough good things about Arlene and the rest of the staff at The Imperia. From the day we walked in to meet with Arlene, we knew this was the place to get married. Arlene answered every e-mail, every question, and every concern immediately. She was spunky, and fun, and extremely flexible. She took care of us from the beginning.
The day of our wedding, the florist they provide, Anderson Flowers, screwed up our contract and didn't deliver the flowers for the mothers, on top of screwing up all of the girls bouquets and the guys boutinerres. One of the staff members ran to the grocery store and bought gorgeous roses, tied them together with a ribbon and gave them to the mothers so they wouldn't be without anything. And Arlene gave me some champagne to help calm me down. :)
The food was amazing! The staff was extremely attentive and kind. I don't think I can say enough good things about the people here and the venue. The venue is just gorgeous.
The only negative thing I can say is that I wish The Imperia would find another florist to work with. Anderson Flowers is TERRIBLE!
Thank you to Arlene and every one at The Imperia for helping make our day, beautiful. :)

Like any prospective bride and groom, we were extremely concerned about where we would book our reception. After visiting several halls, the Imperia rapidly became our leading contender, mostly due to the beautiful features of its structure and grounds, which were modern, yet classic, and seemed would provide a nice backdrop for our pictures. Their menu also sounded ample and eclectic. We worked with Arlene, who helped us put together a great package. Once we signed, we went to the complimentary food tasting, which really helped us zero in on which items we wanted to serve to our guests. When the big day arrived, it all went like clockwork. The facility was pristine, and really impressed our guests. The landscaping is impeccable. The 2-story entry with its double-staircase and fountains is extremely inviting, and conveys a great air of sophistication. The ballroom, with its voluminous ceiling and crystal chandeliers, is very nicely appointed and elegant. The service was top rate. We had great personal attention from the maître d’, wait staff, and bartenders. The food exceeded expectations, and was both abundant and delectable. I only wish we were able to eat more of it! (The maître d’ was kind enough to send our dishes home with us, so that we could enjoy them the next day.) Our wedding cake from Palermo's, which was included in our package, was beautiful, and was the most delicious cake I ever tasted! The table centerpieces were also included in the package, and as a result, we ended up using the same florist (Anderson) for all of the flowers. While the bouquets were gorgeous, the centerpieces did not look like the ones we were promised. (While not the Imperia's fault, I just mention it as a point for you to discuss with the florist if you use them.) In closing, I would happily recommend the Imperia for anyone looking for a classy and sophisticated venue that has great food, is committed to delivering great service, and is reasonably priced.

I Have to say The Imperia ruin =ed my Entire Wedding..I paid 14,000 in food only to have NO Cocktail Hr..at all and things a Mess. They also recommend Anderson Florist in Islin, NJ Howard Kramer has the worse manners, The Imperia also ruined my Rehearsal Dinner by booking someone else the exact time I was scheduled. John the head Manager at the Imperia is also rude.....he didn't have my cocktail outside bc it rain...but we didn't know that meant we can't get a cocktail hr at all..until the end... I was late for my own Ceremony bc no one at the Imperia told me what time it was. They didn't serve my guest upon arrival like they promised with Champagne and children was running around thirsty as they didn't get the lemonade as promised. The Imperia would be the Worse Venue on the Planet......The vendors at the Imperia ripped my $300.00 Photography equipment apart. I mentioned it and they didn't even care. The place is beautiful but if you looking to have a Un-professional Wedding then The Imperia is for you. They are so messed up especially the crazy one Coleen the one who runs around smoking all the time,

The place is beautiful and the food was excellent. I still get compliments about all the great food. The place looked amazing and they really made my day feel very especial. Every detail was beautiful and the staff was great. Arlene was amazing and helped us all the way till the end. Will definitely recommend!

I attended a wedding there recently. The establishment is wonderful. I love the outside part even though it was a bit dark. The waitstaff was very nice even though it seemed many of them were untrained. The bartenders were very good and quick. The food was good but the salad wasn't fresh. My main complaint is that the management was not very professional. They scolded servers in earshot of guests for no apparent reason and they always seemed confused/worried. Also cocktail hour was running too long and they pretty much rushed us out of the room and were just shy of yelling for us to leave. All of the courses were off schedule anyway and all in all it seemed that everything was disorganized. I would recommend the Imperia on aesthetics alone but not for anything else. I'd bring my own staff.

Loved the Imperia! Loved Arlene! Loved the staff! Loved the food! Despite a rainy day, we were able to bring as much of the patio and ambiance inside and still have a perfect day. The decor allows for great indoor and outdoor pictures and the staff is so on-point, they really do make you feel like the most important people in the world. I was never in search or in need of anything and the food was delish! I would recommend the Imperia to anyone!

Overal the Imperia was great! The only two negatives were the responsiveness from the staff prior to the wedding day. It was difficult to get a call/email back from them. Some servers failed to tell our guests they could take their unfinished dinner home.

The wedding was absolutely perfect and The Imperia was a pleasure to work with. However, service was lacking. Dirty dishes piled up at cocktail hour and there were long lines at the bar. We were disappointed with the service. The food was delicious, the amount of cocktail station choices and entree choices was great. The Imperia was very easy to work with.

Arlene was awesome with the details of our wedding. We had the Regalia room, which usually has the cocktail reception outside, however it being the middle of October and very windy that day, they moved it into the Crystal Ballrooms cocktail reception area. Although I was dissappointed that it wasn't outside, I think with the scenario being what it was, it turned out 100x times better. The wait staff was attentive and engaging, and the bar staff was knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this venue.

Beautiful place in Middlesex County and surprisingly affordable considering what they offer. Tons of food options and wedding cake was included.

The Imperia was a fantastic reception and ceremony venue. The facilities are modern, beautiful, and striking. We visited 11 reception venues; Imperia was one of the last few that we looked at, but as soon as we saw it, we knew that it was our leading option. Its modernness was refreshing and it was unique, memorable, polished, and elegant.
During and after the wedding we received many compliments from guests on the beautiful reception venue & the food. There was an incredible amount of food (which added to its value for cost), but more importantly, it was amazing and delicious food. We have a few friends that we would consider as foodies (or food snobs :) and they were extremely impressed by the quality of the food - in particular that their filet mignons were cooked to their requested doneness (rare/ medium rare) - not an easy feat from what I hear about banquet/ wedding steaks. Unfortunately, we weren't able to partake in the cocktail hour, but we also received a lot of fantastic comments from guests about it as well (crab cakes, taco bar, scallops, fruit, etc.). (One of my few regrets was that we weren't able to experience our cocktail hour in person, after having heard all the positive feedback!)
The Imperia was very flexible; we asked for Gazpacho and Sangria & they readily obliged. Our ceremony was in the outside patio during an extremely hot afternoon. I asked if they could provide water for the guests & they quickly sent waiters out with glasses of water while the guests gathered for the start of the ceremony. My parents had created a slideshow for the reception. My mother called about a projector & screen & the Imperia offered to let us use their screen & provided information on finding a projector. We had an issue with the lasso that we were supposed to use for the ceremony (more on that in the florist review), fortunately the Imperia team was able to quickly find an ivory ribbon that made for an elegant substitute in our situation (the guests couldn't even tell that it wasn't the original lasso).
There were only a few minor drawbacks. Early in the planning, the email communication wasn't as responsive as I would have liked; I needed to follow-up a few times to simple questions. They may be better with phone communication, but with my work requirements, it was just easier for me to work through email than calls during the day. We were also informed that they would contact us for a meeting on some final details about 6 weeks before the wedding. At 4 weeks before the wedding, I became very anxious that I hadn't been contacted about this meeting & contacted them. Fortunately, they were very accommodating about setting up a convenient time for us for this meeting & it was very easy and went smoothly. & the communication closer to the wedding was good. The end of the reception was a little crazy. There was another wedding scheduled right after ours, & our guests needed to be rushed out so that they could convert the space for the next wedding. This also made the lobby area a bit crazy for guests as they were leaving, since the guests for the next wedding were coming in. If you're considering booking with the Imperia, I would definitely inquire about any other events before/ after yours & find out the amount of time between for setup/ tear down.
Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with the Imperia & count it as one of the best wedding decisions that we made.

Arlene at The Imperia was fantastic to work with. Every time I had a question or issue, she was right there to answer or address it. If she wasnt available when I had called, she always returned my calls with a few minutes. On the wedding day, I did not have to worry about one thing because Arlene and her team had every detail taken care of. I was able to enjoy my day with no worries. The setting was beautiful and the food was amazing. People actually were telling me there was too much food. So there was no way anyone could have walked away hungry from our wedding. We had our reception in the Majestica Room. When we saw this room, we absolutely knew this was where we wanted to have our reception. Aside from being absolutely gorgeous, it has access to the patio where people could easily step outside if they needed too. I would highly reccomend The Imperia for a wedding and definitely work with Arlene!!

We had our reception at the Imperia on Easton. It is brand new and we were one of the first wedding receptions there! We totally loved it! The food was amazing, service was wonderful and memories will last us a lifetime! Arlene was very accomodating, friendly, and personable. Our guests still rave about the food and the beauty of the hall. Our cousin loved it so much they're having their wedding there next year!!
