Debbie from Where Flowers Boom was absolutely wonderful. She really listened to what we wanted for our wedding flowers and made some great suggestions to go with our color theme. She was professional and quick to respond whenever we had questions or wanted to make changes, and was completely accommodating even to very last minute changes that I wanted to make. She showed us a mock-up of our centerpiece arrangement a few weeks before the ceremony, which was beautiful and needed barley any tweaking. On the day of the wedding, the centerpieces were even bigger and better than the sample that she showed us and absolutely stunning. All of our guests could not stop telling us how elegant the room looked. Based on the other florists who we met with and what they showed us, the quality of Debbie's work far exceeded what we would have gotten elsewhere with the same budget.

Flowers were gorgeous!!!!! CCenterpeices beautiful- flowers fresh, bouquet unbelievable!!!! FLorist was so helpful in designing my wedding flowers!!!

Debbie is the worlds best florist. I was so blessed to have her recommended to me. She was by far my best vendor. I was engaged for a year and eight months and am not lying when I say I emailed her once a week for a year with changes to my order, up to the last week!!! And Debbie was able to accommodate every single thing I needed. She brought my vision to reality and did it in the best way possible. Her prices are BEYOND FAIR and her support was priceless. I didn't want to spend much money on my church decor. Debbie did the best she could with the small budget I wanted to allot for the church and I got so many compliments on the decor!! It looked like I paid three times as much with what I paid. When I walked into my ballroom for the first time it brought me to tears because it was what I had been dreaming of my entire life. Love her!!

I would give Where Flowers Bloom 10's if that was an option. From our first meeting I knew that Debbie was going to be a great vendor. She was always on time and easy to get a hold of and listened to everything that I asked. The day of the wedding she made sure the flowers were exactly what I wanted and made us all look wonderful! My bouquet was full and fragrant and I am still getting compliments on the bridal party flowers and the centerpieces. People thought I spent 10x the amount I did on flowers and I could not be happier!

Debbie is simply amazing! If your looking for a creative, energetic and innovative florist, look no further. Unlike other florists I met prior to Debbie, she really took the time to work thru my centerpiece ideas. She actually traveled to my venue with a mockup of my centerpiece to see how it would look on the tables, with the linens etc. Debbie kept in contact with me throughout my entire wedding year and was so dedicated to making the room look amazing. I would highly recommend Debbie to any bride- she is really incredible to work with.

Debbie was very helpful. She really listened to what we wanted and the flowers were even more beautiful than I could imagine. Everyone commented on the centerpieces. They were perfect. Not too high. Not too low and the LED lights were very dramatic. She was also very affordable. We did our research and she had the best prices by far!

Debbie did an excellent job. She had wonderful suggestions and my bridal bouquet was out of bounds! The colors were so vibrant. She really worked with us on finding the right container for our centerpieces and even took the autumn garland we bought and used it around the venue. She was also right on time with everything!

Debbie is amazing. She was my unofficial wedding planner. She did an unbelievable job- more than I ever expected. The best part of my wedding were her flowers!

I chose Debbie for my florist because she was extremely professional, close to the venue (so the flowers didn't have to sit for a while), has a great portfolio, and because she's a small business owner. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and she worked with me on my vision for what I wanted the wedding to look like. She also secretly worked with my mom to make us two floral baskets that sat behind my husband and I during the reception. I can not say enough good things about Debbie and Where Flowers Bloom. I really would recommend her to anyone needing a florist for any occasion.

Debbie is a gifted, creative and responsive florist! We couldn't have been more pleased with the flowers for our wedding. The price was very fair (nearly half of one other quoted!) and everything was gorgeous. Debbie listened attentively to our requests and honored them all -including red chili peppers in our centerpieces :). Her arrangements were beautiful and my bridal bouquet was perfect. Even when we changed from an outdoor to an indoor ceremony at the last minute they adapted quickly and beautifully. Do yourself a favor and and call Debbie at Where Flowers Bloom.

I talked with a couple of florists prior to meeting with Debbie and they all had said that what I was envisioning was not possible. I wanted gerbera daisies in the bridesmaids bouquets and she did not question me at all, but just said OK. (and they came out great!) Debbie is extremely nice, she listens well and helps to put together what would work best (great for someone that had a vague idea of what I was thinking of), she was flexible with meeting locations and times, she sets up the centerpieces at the venue to makes sure everything looks as wanted (which also helped to get me excited a week before the wedding-seeing everything finally come together), she called me back quickly when I called her a couple of times the week of the wedding (and did not make me feel like I was bothering her), she is reasonably priced (willing to work within your budget), and most of all did an AMAZING job!!!! My outdoor ceremony looked beautiful and the reception hall was perfect! Debbie also adds some nice touches (flowers on the cake, petals around the tables). I would highly recommend Debbie! Debbie was everything we could ask for in a florist! She worked with our ideas, and within our budget. Since my husband-to-be is Scottish, she incorporated heather into our bouquets. My brother had given us twin birches as a wedding present, and Debbie managed to decorate and use these to form the backdrop in front of which we got married. Debbie is someone who will bring her creativity, experience and kindness to the table when you first meet, and work her butt off on your wedding day to make your visions a reality! I seriously wanted to kiss her when I saw my bouquet-- it was the most beautiful bride's bouquet I've ever seen, cascading with ivy, roses, and heather. I really can't recommend her highly enough!

This is for the guys who are about to get married…be honest dudes, you don’t know doodley-squat about flowers for a wedding. Even if you think you do, you don’t and your wife-to-be knows you don’t. Your opinion (if you chose have one) barely registers above the background noise. All you want is for things to go without a hitch, for the place to look spectacular, for everyone to tell your wife how great the flowers are. It would also be nice if the pictures you’ll spend the rest of your life looking at are the best they can possibly be…Hmmm – conundrum… The lady you need is Debbie Pendolino at ‘Where Flowers Bloom’. She is truly all and everything you need and you should look no further than this. She looked after us from the first, and could not have been more accommodating, helpful and imaginative. She worked with our ideas and budget, and then added so much creativity and enthusiasm – the flowers really did blow me away when I saw it all laid out (and I don’t say things like that often). She obviously knows exactly what she is doing, is very confident, skillful and is an absolute professional from start to finish. Another bonus - she doesn’t make you feel like an idiot when you request the botanically impossible, or play with the miniature tea-lights for 20 minutes. I can’t recommend Debbie highly enough. She was the right person from first to last and I’m very grateful for what she brought to our wedding - everyone should be so fortunate.

Debbie is creative. She listens to you and then comes up with something that reflects your tastes and your personality. Also, she works within your budget and does not try to sell you on more than you would like to spend.

Anyone who is looking for a florist should look no further. When planning my wedding I reached out to several florist's & hands down - Where Flower's Bloom is THE BEST - BY FAR. The owner went out of her way to give me what I wanted, & was extremely reasonablely price. The communication & knowledge was great, we shared ideas, discussed different flowers (some flowers keep better than other & they we extremely knowledgable) & - the level of service was top notch. My bridal parties bouquets were eyecatching, elegant & top quality. My centerpieces were unbelievable, I had them use submersible lighting and each centerpiece was lit up. It was extremely eye catching & every table raved about them. As I mingled with my guests I received many compliments & everyone loved them. Everyone wanted to take a centerpiece home. I had to make my choices wisely & the guests who received one absolutley love it. My engaged friends and family will certainly be using them in the future. Going forward I will not look further when it comes to a florist. You will never go wrong here... here is where you will get the highest level of service, reasonable prices, personalized treatment & simply THE BEST RESULTS. I can only offer my highest recommendations. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Wonderful people to do business with.

There are No Complaints here ! Debbie is one of the Best Florists ! Very professional, caring, and up to date on flower detailing and decorating! I am a true perfectionist and also a nervous reck... I usually like doing everything hands on because it is hard for me to give my trust to other people to do things for me... So looking for a florist I can trust was a mission... until I found Debbie !!! I think it was meant for me to have Debbie from Where Flowers Bloom take care of my flower arrangements for the day of my wedding! My husband & I chose her to do our Bridal party flower arrangements as well as the centerpieces for our August 2011 wedding at The Brownstone. I was at ease the whole day, not once did I call her to see how things were going ! Everything was done exactly as I wanted but with even more then I would have ever expected! I am grateful to have had her take care of our wedding ! Our guests still talk about how gorgeous and elegant our flower arrangement & centerpieces were !!!! She is worth all of the money! I can not begin to express enough how happy I was to work with "Where Flowers Bloom" when planning my wedding reception. Debbie was extremely professional, cooperative, understaning, and flexible. She worked within my budget and made it obvious from our very first meeting that her primary goal was to make me happy. My centerpieces, bouquet, and my cake decorations exceeded my expectations! I loved everything and my guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful everything was! I would HIGHLY recommend "Where Flowers Bloom" to anyone and hope to have the opportunity to use them again for future parties! :)

Thank goodness, I found Debbie. I didn't have much of floral budget, but wanted flowers (who doesn't). I had uh-amazing flowers with not a whole lot of money, which could have been less if I wanted (which is shocking-people couldn't believe what I paid). I had it all with roses & hydrangeas (centerpieces, bouquets, boutineers, church baskets, pew arrangement etc.). Debbie is a doll, who will work with any budget and is excited to work with her customers. I loved my bouquet, in which I received several compliments. For my wedding it was a hot day and our flowers were fresh (no wilting at all). Where Flowers Bloom is one stop shopping, hire her, be stress free and prepare to be thrilled. Awesome, awesome, awesome :D

I LOVE DEBBIE! honestly she was probably the nicest vendor! She is sooo incredibly open to your ideas- and sooo nice about it. She is very responsive and emails/texts/calls you often! I really wasn't sure about how well it will turn out - i loved the sample she did for us- but the day of - OMG SHE BLEW ME AWAY. Everything was 10000000x better than i expected/and better than the sample!! OMG MY FLOWERS WERE PERFECT. Garden like, romantic and everything! Plus she's way reasonable compared to other places like Crest. Plus we got to keep our flowers - at the end of the night people were literally fighting about bringing the centerpieces home! PLEASE USE HER! She will never ever disappoint! I want another wedding just so we can use her and do it all over again!

I cannot say more good things about Debbie and the service she provided for our wedding! The flowers were so amazing and she even added more to the wedding than we talked about! So many people came up to me at the wedding to say how great the reception hall looked. She was so easy to get in contact with and she did exactly if not more than what I was expecting! I highly highly recommend her!
