Do you offer ring sizing in-house? If yes, how long will an average custom order take, from initial contact to delivery?
Shane Co. offers full-service in-house jewelry maintenance including ring sizing. It may take from one to three days for sizing.

Do you offer stone upgrades if I purchase my original stones with you?
Yes. For any Shane Co. diamond you have mounted in a ring, as well as any stud earrings or solitaire pendants you purchase, you will receive the full value that you paid as credit toward the purchase of any other diamond of greater value. Do you offer a payment plan?
